In this role, your leadership skills are what truly matters. Whether your experience comes from logistics, or another relevant field is not key to success. What counts is your ability to lead, motivate, and bring out the best in people.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and supporting a team of pickers and picking coordinators
Motivating, guiding, and developing your team through feedback, coaching, and encouragement.
Planning work, managing schedules, recruiting the right talent for the team
Spotting potential for improvement - and finding and implementing smart, practical solutions.
Keeping a close eye on picking performance, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Collaborating with warehouse departments to make sure everything runs seamlessly.
Reporting to Picking Manager.

You are someone who loves seeing your team succeed and believes that a good atmosphere leads to great results. You are approachable, organized, have a structured way of working, and you are never afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You have a proactive mindset and stay calm and focused even when things get busy. You communicate clearly, keep people engaged, and bring a positive, people-focused attitude to your work. Most importantly, you care about your team, your work, and the people around you.
We also expect that:
You have experience leading a team, ideally within picking or logistics.
Experience with a Warehouse Management System or similar tools is a big plus.
You communicate effortlessly in English, both spoken and written

Location & Hours
Based at our warehouse in Horsens.
Full-time (37 hours/week).
Evening shift: 15:00–23:00.
